Always timely and great taste. never a bad experience here

Cheap prices, however I wasn't impressed by the taste of the food. I ordered lunch plate of beef & broccoli and kung pao chicken. The beef & broccoli is really bland and the kung pao was just ok.

If you want to wait 2 hours for mediocre cold food by all means order from this 'restaurant'.

Reminds me of the old Chinese Palace back in the day. If you want quick, inexpensive Chinese food then this is the place.

They're one of the better places in town to get Chinese food, and are normally accommodating if you need/want the food's spice level to be changed.

I've only ever gotten delivery from here but have always been pleased with the food. I live in a hard to reach area and they still manage to get here even on the worst snow days

A close friend of mine got food poisoning right after eating at this establishment for the first time. He also said the quality of food was horrible/lacking taste, and he will never eat at this establishment again. I'm writing this review for him as he's currently recovering from the awful food poisoning Little Hong King gave him.

Called to order and asked to hold to a dropped phone to hear everything. Listened to that for 3 minutes without getting back to and decided to order pizza. Three thumbs down

I've eaten here quite a few times. I can't complain about the service. However, the food can use some improvement. I know multiple people that have gotten food poisoning immediately after eating here. I've seen them put my food on a plate and stick it in the microwave... the rice was somewhat crunchy every time I've eaten it. I would give a 1 star if they weren't such nice people with good service.

Horrible service, I went in and made an order, I was told I'd be waiting 10 min. I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody checked on me, nobody asked what I ordered, and nobody helped me. I walked out and nobody called me back. 3 people were in front of me and they picked up their orders before me. I wish I could give them no stars because they don't deserve it. I had a friend tell me they waited 30 min.

Very friendly people and great food. They offer a good variety of Chinese food and it is very reasonably priced. We eat there every time we go to Juneau. Don't pass on the opportunity to enjoy this great restaurant.

The food here is very inconsistent and the service is lacking

We love this place! Being vegan, they had 5 things for me. The Chinese green soup is AMAZING! The staff is friendly and helpful. You can see the kitchen. Smaller but really great food. Was the first place we visited when we moved to Juneau.

Staff is always willing to cater to customer's substitutes. Food is alright. Prices are very fair.

The almond chicken is fantastic and the service was on point. Definitely going to make this my go to place.

I cannot recommend this place. The quality food of is just disgraceful. This place would not be opened for long if they were in Hong Kong. It reminds me of my youth, Cantonese cooking, a particular style of cooking that's rudimentary, simple of the 1960's.The cuisine is much better than what this place serves. It has it's place of the past when that was standard. But Chinese cuisine IS better than this.I never tried Chinese food in a can. Don't settle for less.

Only had one dish. Almond chicken and spring rolls. Almond chicken is breading around thin pieces of chicken with some weird gravy on top. That's it. I wouldn't eat it again if it was for free. But nice staff. Egg rolls were ok.

Great food at a low price! It's nice, quiet and cozy. My favorite Chinese place in town. The only reason it's only 4 stars is because sometimes the staff don't do a good job of keeping the water glasses full.
